When requesting PlanOmatic marketing services, providing proper property access details is an important step in setting your order up for success. When an order is placed with incorrect access details, e.g., incorrect lockbox code, our PlanOtechs will submit an appointment.unable_to_complete event, which results in a fee. One of the metrics we use to measure the health of our relationship is your Access Success Rate, which is your amount of orders that didn’t result in appointment.unable_to_complete over total orders.

We hate to see our clients get charged for an appointment that is unable to be completed, so we recommend taking the following steps to improve your Access Success Rate.

Reach out to your PlanOmatic Client Success Manager and request an Access Success Rate report. This report will provide your company and team with your Access Success Rate and a breakdown of appointment.unable_to_complete reasons for every month.

We also recommend data-driven property access details. As your business grows, your operations will too. You may use the lock-box code 1111 for your east coast properties and 2222 for your west coast properties. Keeping your property access data in a well structured data system is your key to growth.
