Does the V3 Order Cancelation API accept many orders?
Each request to the V3 Order Cancelation API can only accept one order at a time to simplify error handling. If you run into a case where you have a batch of orders you need to cancel. You will need to hit the API once per cancelation. For example, if you have 50 orders that need to be canceled, you will need to make 50 requests to the V3 Order Cancelation API.
How long after placing an order can I cancel it via the V3 Order Cancelation API?
The V3 Order Cancelation API will allow you to cancel any order that hasn’t been scheduled with a PlanOtech. This event generally happens six hours after the order is placed, but can vary from order to order based on many factors. We recommend subscribing to the appointment.scheduled webhook event so your system knows if an order can be canceled or not.
