We had a major SFR owner operator client start using our photography services a few years ago. Previously, their marketing team coordinated with maintenance resources in the field to get cell phone photos of the property to use for marketing purposes. The client replicated a similar manual process for the marketing team when they began using PlanOmatic. The team was spending anywhere from 2-4 hours per day determining which properties were ready for photos, placing orders and downloading/uploading photos to market the listings.
